F&B Director

Our client is 5 star high end luxury hotel. They are looking for high qualified candidate: F&B Director position.

• Working Location: Ho Chi Minh, Viet Nam
• Take care: 70 staff

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct day to day operations for 3 restaurant outlets, room service, culinary, stewarding, beverage and banquet operations.
• Responsible for all Food and Beverage staff, facilities, sales and costs to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved.
• Coordinate and supervises food and beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times.
• Monitor the performance of the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Banquets through verification and analysis of customer satisfaction systems.
• Review with all Managers information of past, present and upcoming events.
• Resolve any complaints, questions or comments from guests and staff.
• Coordinate functions and activities with other department heads as appropriate.
• Daily inspection of Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Banquets for physical appearance/maintenance needs.
• Manage the maintenance and sanitation of the food and beverage areas and equipment.
• Monitor employees' hours and is fully responsible for payroll control.
• Follow up on any requests/messages from all shifts.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Intermediate or higher graduate specialized hospitality management
• Having 2 years experience in similar position in the field of Banquet /Event in Large Convention Hall in Vietnam or working abroad in international working enviroment; 5 * Hotel, 5 * Resort.
• Having a sense of responsibility, hard work and honesty, temperature determination and progressive spirit
• Having good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Having experienced cost pricing, setup F&B Convention/Event at the hotel 05 stars at least with the menu match the culinary habits of customers of different regions
• Having knowledgeable about the food habits of the countries in the world.

BENEFITS:

• Salary: $2000 - $3000, open salary for better candidate's qualification
