F&B Supervisor

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English (speak skill)
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Staffs specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Full-Time available.
• Introduction about foods, drinks and services... in restaurant
• Develop and maintain the Customer Relationship Management activities and enhance customer relationship in long run.
• Manage the team to deliver an excellence customer service to the Guest.
• Maintain high visibility during service and occupancy in order to ensure smooth running of operation.
• Provide training to The Employee and lead the team to achieve approved goals & total guests’ satisfaction.
• Work place: Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi.
