[Expat - Hanoi] Test Manager (Electrical Manufacturing)

1. Reponsible for overall function of Test and Debug section in determine the processes for products and for developing the production test programs and fixtures.
2. Coordinate with corporate Engineering to determine Site company tests strategy and work with customer to determine test strategy.
3. Manage a team of Test and Debug staff in carring out the test and debug functions.
4. Participate on new product development team to make sure testability is designed into new products.
5. Determines the test process and develops test specs based on that product.
6. Support production by providing on-going technical support.
7. Supervises Test and Debug Enagineer support test yield improvement and debug WIP reduction.
8. To provide production support at Test and Debug area (Line issues, shipment, test equipment, debug WIP, etc).
9. To lead and motivate a team of engineers, technician and operators to enhance and improve productivity.
10. To define test strategies and methodology.

Requirements:

- Excellent English skill
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Test and Debug Manufacturing
- Multi-site and multi customer experience highly preferred.
- Extensive understanding of analog and digital circuit.
- Skilled at defining and writing test specification and procedure.
- Working knowledge on rework process.
- Excellent in reading schematic and debug skill.
- A team player who are able to deal with all level of people.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
