Role Responsibilities

• Your daily SOWs are working closely with Account Manager to execute:
• ○ Formulate an activation plan for each event, including creating a budget and hiring PGs to help execute the campaign.
• ○ Manage activities calendar and campaign results reporting findings to upper executives and salesforce.
• ○ Working with designers to create promotional materials such as banners, fliers, billboards, and advertisements
• ○ Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of activation programs, progress in each area to make recommendations.
• ○ Summary report of activation activities: type of activity, sales performed, cost of implementation.

Other tasks

• ○ Observe, practice and learn to become a professional activation leader with a result oriented & can-do mindset.
• ○ We’re young, we’re new so we have enough flexibility for you to learn and grow

• Requirements
• Business-driven, proactive and entrepreneur mentality.
• Has an open mindset towards, embraces and continuously initiates and implements change.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical acumen, team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
• Fresh graduates or senior year students all welcomed.
• Having experience in organizing events in clubs and youth unions is a plus.
