A. ROLES
- Event & Activation Executive supports the planning and execution of high-end events for DAFC corporate brand and its portfolio of luxury brands.
- This role assists in coordinating event logistics, managing vendors and on-site operations, and ensuring seamless execution that delivers exceptional experiences for clients and guests while reinforcing brand image and differentiation.
B. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support to plan and execute retail events, including fashion event, product launches, exclusive previews...
- Creating a checklist for event preparations
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, event staffing, and vendor management
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Sales) to align event strategies with overall brand objectives.
- Support to develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with event suppliers and partners.
- Compiling reports on data collected from events
- Others: follow other requests and assignments from Line Manager based on business needs

Qualification
- College or University Degree
Experience
- At least 1–2 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or related roles, preferably in luxury, fashion, or retail industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Have the spirit of learning, working actively
