- The role This is a 6-month contract to help re-launch our online store and grow sales to international customers. You will work closely with management and our Hong Kong office. For the right candidate, this role can lead to a long-term permanent position.
- Key responsibilities
- Marketing and advertising : Plan and run online marketing and advertising campaigns (for example marketplace ads, social media ads, email) to drive traffic and sales, and track and optimise results.
- Influencer marketing : Find, contact and work with influencers and KOLs to promote our products.
- Store management : Manage and optimise our existing online store to improve customer experience and conversion.
- Product listings : Create and update product listings with titles, descriptions, size charts and specifications in English, optimised for search.
- Product content : Coordinate product photography and content, and make sure images and information meet platform requirements.
- Logistics and shipping : Work with our shipping partners on order delivery, including duties and taxes for EU/US customers.
- Customer service : Handle customer enquiries, returns and reviews.
- Reporting : Report sales, marketing results and recommendations to management regularly.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 2–3 years of cross-border e-commerce experience, selling to international customers .
- Hands-on experience running online marketing and advertising campaigns, and running an online store or marketplace account (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop or similar).
- Experience working with influencers and KOLs.
- Knowledge of international shipping, customs and duties for e-commerce parcels.
- Fashion or apparel e-commerce experience preferred.
- Good written and spoken English .
