Digital Marketing Executive - SEM

• Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to ensure KPIs are met.
• Research consumer behavior and market insights across Asia to identify target audiences and tailor advertising messages to local culture and language (English).
• Coordinate with the Media Executive to develop market-appropriate creative assets, including copy, images, and video ads.
• Conduct continuous A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to optimize conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, prepare periodic reports, and propose strategic adjustments.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging advertising platforms in the SEA region.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably managing campaigns in Asia or Southeast Asia (SEA).
• Experience in Technology, Software, B2B software, agency, or international environments is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Manager, including campaign setup, management, and optimization.
• Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Meta Pixel, Meta CAPI, and basic HTML.
• Solid understanding of digital attribution, funnel optimization, and A/B testing.
• Good English reading comprehension for data analysis and content writing; knowledge of Japanese is an advantage.
• Strong data analysis skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to plan and track personal goals.
• Quick adaptability to change and willingness to experiment with new approaches.
