Digital Content Specialist

This role is part of content marketing team. A Content Specialist will be responsible for conceptualizing, overseeing & creation of multiple forms of content (text, Images, Video) to enhance company’s credibility, attract new customer and consistently engage existing customer-base. This role is highly pivotal role in the company as content marketing is core to overall marketing strategy for EZYcommerce. 

Job Location: HCMC

Roles & Responsibilities:

l Familiarize yourself with company’s core business, product and its customers (Online Merchants) to create content that supports short- & long-term business objectives. 

l Maintain a content marketing monthly calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation & delivery of content. Develop a detailed content plan to monitor and track progress.  

l  Write clear, concise, and useful social content and marketing copy, including (but not limited to) user interface text, videos, emails and landing page content, community/social media responses and moderation.

l  Partner with subject matter experts to transform market data and insights into online merchant-friendly content that is educational yet easy to understand, while displaying the brand’s thought leadership in the market. 

l Assist the Social Media manager in the creation & posting of social media content and Videographer with script of content to create video lessons.

l Stay abreast of current best practices in the E-commerce industryand the latest trends in content creation, optimization, SEO, email marketing and social media.

l Work with multiple stakeholders, and ensure objectives are aligned.

What you should have: 

l  Hands-on, hardworking, and motivated by a business in its ‘building phase’ and able to thrive in an environment with a ‘start-up’ culture.

l  Familiar with social channels and understand the pulse of social audience on various channels to produce relevant content for online merchants. 

l >2 years content production (digital writing) , as well as experience incorporating best practices in social media, dynamic/video content, SEO and editorial planning.

l Domain experience in e-commerce, technology or online brands/ clients is highly desired.

l  Should be excellent in Vietnamese and good in English
