HO - Digital Content Specialist

Digital Content Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital content across multiple online channels to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support business objectives. This role combines content creation, digital marketing, SEO, social media management, and performance analysis to deliver compelling content that drives traffic, leads, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

• Develop high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, email campaigns, and digital marketing materials.
• Write, edit, proofread, and publish content aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Create engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, infographics, and presentations.
• Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely content publication.

Digital Marketing Support

• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives through content marketing.
• Develop content strategies tailored to different audience segments and customer journeys.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and external agencies when needed.

SEO & Website Optimization

• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
• Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure content accuracy, relevance, and consistency across digital platforms.

Social Media Management

• Create and schedule social media content across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to inquiries where appropriate.
• Track social media trends and recommend creative content ideas.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor content performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics platforms.
• Generate regular reports on traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
• Use data-driven insights to improve content strategy and user engagement.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field.

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in digital content creation, content marketing, or digital communications.
• Experience managing content across multiple digital platforms.

Technical Skills

• Strong content writing and editing skills.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
• Familiarity with social media management tools.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Understanding of email marketing best practices.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics.
• Experience using AI-powered content creation tools.
