• Working location: Ho Chi Minh
• Report to: BOD

DESCRIPTION 

Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks

• Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners and investors
• Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems
• Ensure meet the group’s financial capital requirements for projects
• Maintain the close relationships with financial institutions
• Control post-disbursement, manage project finance department and interaction with other departments of the Group
• Oversee all audit and internal control operations
• Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis
• Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives
• Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines
• Risk management and processes

REQUIREMENTS 

• Master/ Bachelor degree in finance / management treatment business.
• Has 05 years of experience in the same position.
• Have experience in raising capital from foreign banks
• Has 10 years of experience in the field of management investment management, financial management.
• Good Leadership, People Management, Business Acumen, Analytical Abilities, Problem Solving

BENEFITS 

• Salary: $10,000-$15,000, depending on candidate’s ability.
