Deputy Category Management - Business Development, Shopee

• Support in development of category-level strategies 
• Drive/Lead execution of specific projects and initiatives within the category
• Work with Category manager and CMA to look at Data, do analysis and recommend decision options for the category manager 
• Work closely with the category manager to coordinate with different stakeholders within the team as well as other teams 
• Provide status update, seek direction and ensure aligned direction is well executed 
• Leverage other team resources including survey teams etc. to identify new opportunities for category to grow  

Yêu cầu

• Ideally 4-6 years of working experience preferably in business development, sales or account management
• Strong analytical acumen and ability to generate and evaluate analysis 
• Super business acumen with a desire to manage your own business 
• Experience with business development, sales or account management; experience in eCommerce is a plus 
• Driven and motivated 
• Previous management and leadership experience 
• Excellent communication capability 
• Good English 
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills at all times
• Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn 
• Have passion in eCommerce industry
