- PU Buy plan/Firmed Plan Production order releasing
- Analyze mid-term PU demand (3–6 months) based on T1 forecasted orders; combine usage history, inventory on hand, and open POs to define PU buy plans or release forecast production orders (FPRO) to the Foaming Team.
- Prepare advance PU procurement plans / release advance FPRO for special customer projects.
- Review and propose revision/cancellation of PU purchase orders or FPRO based on inventory status, production demand, forecast accuracy, and project updates.
- PU Delivery schedule
- Develop, monitor, and adjust PU delivery schedules based on PPC production plans; coordinate with Foaming and Purchasing Teams to align with suppliers (regular, short LT, urgent orders).
- PU inventory controlling
- PU inventory level management align with Company Strategy target.
- Utilize alternative PU in stock to obtimize inventory.
- Periodically submit for approval the list of fabrics to be written off for PU.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree or above preferred.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Good English communication skills preferred.
- Experience in Demand Planning / Material Planning / Supply Chain / Purchasing Planning is an advantage.
- Footwear industry experience is an advantage.
