Senior Operations Planning - SPX Express

1. Project Management & Execution

• Act as the focal point (PMO) for network and COT optimization projects: track progress, manage risks and keep FLM, SOC, TS, BI and Product teams aligned so changes are implemented on time.
• Coordinate the rollout of network and COT changes with relevant teams, follow up on actions and resolve issues that arise during implementation.
• Maintain COT data across nodes (FLM, SOC inbound/outbound, linehaul) and track changes through periodic reviews.

2. Problem Solving & Critical Thinking

• Identify operational bottlenecks in volume, parcel flows, SOC–Hub mapping, SOC capacity and transit time using logical thinking and data.
• Evaluate network, linehaul and COT change options and propose trade-offs (speed vs. cost vs. capacity), highlighting risks and operational impact for review.
• Proactively resolve issues that come up so that speed targets are met at a reasonable cost.

3. Data-driven Recommendations

• Use daily operational data (volume, SOC capacity and utilization, transit time) to test assumptions and monitor post-launch KPIs: speed, cost per parcel and capacity utilization.
• Turn findings into clear recommendations for continuous improvement and report them to Leadership.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Business, Economics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations planning, logistics, supply chain, business analysis or a related field; e-commerce or logistics experience is an advantage, though candidates from other industries with strong transferable skills are also welcome.
• Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset : High comfort with operational metrics and numerical data; able to quickly extract business insights without needing complex data engineering skills.
• Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to break down ambiguous business/operational problems, evaluate trade-offs, and design practical solutions.
• PMO & Stakeholder Management: Track record of driving cross-functional projects, managing timelines reliably, and aligning expectations across multiple teams.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese for regional stakeholder coordination.
• Proactive, adaptable and willing to learn operational processes in a fast-changing environment.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve analysis and work efficiency.
