• Develop and propose marketing idea as well as effectively control marketing expenditure within the approved plan
• Work with agency/PR/eBiz to execute plan at each channel include ATL (TVC, PR, Print, Digital, Billboard, Direct Marketing) and BTL(POSM, event, activation)
• Supporting planning and follow up the execution of campaign to ensure the alignment with objectives/requirements and be accountable for successful execution
• Work agency/co-ordinate with Ebiz team to manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
• Work with designer/agency to develop appealing visual layout and a wide range of different marketing materials for marketing campaigns in offline & online channels.
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of related marketing activities.

• Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification 
• Preferred minimum of 5 years experience of financial institution or Marketing area 
• Finance knowledge is an asset 
• Understand business model and marketing landscape in Vietnam 
• Fluency of communication in English
