We need an enthusiastic individual who are hard-working and progressive spirit, inquisitive plus knowledge and skills in administration, education and service industry.
JOB DESCRIPTION
* Arranging placement tests and giving test results to students.
* In charge of the reception area: answering the phone, greeting customers
* Arranging study materials for new courses
* Preparing student’s birthday gift.
* Taking excellent care of students. Support when students need it.
* Support the trainers if needed.
* Organizing and coordinating marketing events (in the evening - season)
* Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Maintain customer databases
* Taking excellent care of students.
* Maintain all facilities and equipment in proper condition
* Develop/ maintain the relationship with past, current or future students.
* Supporting online and offline marketing activities
* Other duties that arise during employment
* Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
