Airport Airline ( Customer Service Officer )

Position Level : Junior / Senior 

Working Day : 5 days a week ( 2 Rotational off days ) 

Working Hour : 9am to 6pm

Remuneration package:

• Basic Salary : 5Mil - 6Mil VND (Based on experience)

Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities

• Represent the company in a positive light at all times; this calls for optimistic people who aren't easily upset and who naturally like working with others.
• To proactively answering inbound calls from customers on their enquiries politely.
• Using appropriate tools/script, product knowledge provided and communications skills, to satisfy customers
• To carry flexible and creative in dealing with customer especially in handling and performing proper documentation & recording information to support daily work task. i.e: Enter, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic/magnetic form.
• Manage all focus customer details that are being recorded with proper and high confidentially 
• Daily preparation for schedule calls, follow up and proactive corresponding with all support party in good time management.
• Continually develop an understanding of the company’s culture, products & services, ethical initiatives, other areas of business, and reflect this in everyday performance.
• Other duties as assigned by the Head of Customer Service.

Requirement:

• Excellent communication skills, including a clear and a friendly rapport with customers over phone call conversation
• Patience, persistence, and keyboarding skills are needed.
• Able to speak fluent and write in English and Vietnamese 
• Experience in Customer Service will be added advantage
