Position title: COSTING SUP
Salary range: Negotiable

Work location: 613 Tran Dai Nghia Street, Tan Tao A Ward, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for the Company Costing system and procedures, its accuracy and effectiveness.
• Develop, review, implement standard operation process (SOP) concerning costing and pricing and control it with highest effectiveness and discipline. Develop, implement and improve practical costing and pricing methodology.
• Incharge of cost of sales, cost variance analysis, monthly report and related analysis
• Work closely with purchasing manager on checking and double checking regularly actual price on PO, standard price of materials and piecework if any.
• Work closely with R&D manager, sample workshop manager, production manager on regularly checking and double checking actual man-hours spending and pratical material consumption per item in sample making and production floor. Suggest the way to improve labor efficiency and material utilization.
• Provide timely and accurate actual cost and price of samples and products already produced.
• Provide timely and reasonable estimated cost and price of samples not yet produced.
• Provide a comparative and analytical report on the actual costing vs standard costing and other related reports. Identify and suggest what and where need to improve actual cost and control variances
• Responsible for controlling accuracy of stock transactions and balance on an on-going basis as well as performing the year end stock count and control
• Ensure timely and accurate Revenue, Products costs, Cost of Sales and Stock valuation reporting
• Performs thorough cost variances analysis and produce information supporting management decision and action
