Costing Executive (Temp 8 month)

1. Actual COGM

• Ensure BOM and routing, production version properly.
• Follows and implements costing processes, maintain COGM report and tracks the mix and consumption gap of variable costs: RM, PM and utility cost
• Monitor fixed cost: Labor , deprecation, overhead other costs to control the budgets
• 2. Forecast COGM Standard Cost  LE, AP Simulation
• Forecast for LE, AP COGM do foresee and highlight the risk of cost
• In charge updating BOM and routing, production version properly for SKUs to run standard cost
• Calculate Annual Plan Excel and SAP on time and properly
• Monitor activities of factory: Gas, Electricity, water, consumable… to forecast the conversion cost

3. Reporting

• Analysis unit price, mix and consumption gap of RPM Cost and give comment
• Summarize and explain the Variance of COGM report
• Analysis Conversion Cost Report , GAP of Conversion Cost and give comment
• Prepare reports by leader if any

• Education
• Bachelor's degree in Major in Accounting field or a related field.
• Experience & Technical Skills 3 years of working experience with accounting field, 1 years working experience of costing specially
• Familiar to ERP system, analysis Costing, stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency using Microsoft, especially Excel
