• To provide efficient support to production to make sure all materials are complete before production start to achieve the operation goal of the business.
• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES /

TRÁCH NHIỆM CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC

• Follow ups & push Fab, ACC
• Checking cons Fab & ACC if have any short /lacking send to Mer/ BIHQ
• Made cons binding for cutting
• Issue consumption to warehouse, cutting, sewing & Packing
• Update all Sample Status wash sample & Top sample.
• Follow ups cutting, sewing & packing.
• Follow ups Subcons.
• Update WIP send to BIHQ every weeks.
• Update left garment every weeks.
• Report over ship & short ship
• Solve all problems occurred during production processing.
• Follow up closely the production plan to ensure fabrics & accessories are complete 7days before production start.
• Coordinate with Quality Dept all priority for 10% inspection to make sure cutting dept can relax and cut on time.
• Any fabric defects/damages/shortages, should coordinate with Purchaser
• Follow up sewing status to make sure to production can meet HOD
• Any over ship /short ship  send report  to  MR asked BIHQ for approval
• Work with Purchaser team
• Follow tracking fabric/ Acc  from purchaser  -> check cons , inform to purchaser team , if have any problem lacking / left over .
• Keep push with purchaser for all document shipment & those case delay shipment from supplier.
• Chase with supplier for those case problem fabric from production inform
• Work with Planning dept
• Update status fabric / Acc from purchaser team to Production team . If have any delay inform to Planning team soon.
• Work with QC team
• Send out all information fabric need follow inspection before fabric come fabric factory. Specially for those style ship to Japan / Germany
• Follow & chase with QC team those case issue from Cutting team/ WH/ production.
• Combine with QC team work with purchaser team + supplier for those case problem.
• Work with Cutting - WH
• Issue fab doc to both dept before start production
• Follow issue more fabric if get request from them .
• Solve  for those case issue from production team ( short width/ shortage / ….. )
• Work with marker room
• Get to them all information need revise ( if need or information from QA request revise marker )
• Work with BD team
• Inform to them if any cons had problem & lacking qty for production
• Work with shipping team
• Check those INV will come factory & keep push get early for production team
• Work with printer
• Transfer print marker to them before start print process.
• Follow plan & qty & confirm qty to them on per month

• JOB SPECIFICATIONS / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 2 years of relevant experience at garment facility

Education requirement

• Junior College
• University

Other requirement

• Field of specialization: Merchandise, Garment Manufacturing Engineer
• IT proficiency: Computer literate
