Position title: COO - Chief of Operation
Compensation

• Salary will be discussed after pre-selection, depending on candidate experience
• Attractive stock option plan, possibly enhanced through an own investment as a partner under very special terms

Work Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Support

The future COO will work closely with the founding CEO and can request support on an ad’hoc and occasional basis from an
active board of directors and co-investors, bringing experience in large scale operations and supply chain, legal, finance, F&B and
business strategy areas.

Job Responsibilities

• Financials:
  • Sales increase in line with or exceeding Business Plan
  • DSO (Day Sales of Outstanding) in line with or exceeding Business plan
  • Cash flow / Working capital : managing within the agreed financing plan
• Profit: reaching break even within the given time frame and maximizing profitable growth thereafter
• Operational:
  • Set up of team and operations under the new scalable supply chain model, which includes subcontracting a number of 3rd party companies under best contractual conditions
  • Logistics performance (Fulfillment rates and stock levels)
  • Productivity of own employees
• Employees:
  • Fulfillment of hiring needs
  • Performance (criteria to be defined by function)
  • Satisfaction
  • Retention (Staff turnover)

Job Requirements

• 10 years experience in business environment
• Minimum 5 years related experience as entrepreneur or senior sales in F&B business, ideally in beer or wine and spirit business
• Minimum 5 years staff management experience
• Proven experience in start-ups or in company transformational situations
• Good experience working within Vietnam environment
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills internally and externally in particular towards customers
• IT: minimum IT skills and understanding required from a manager to compute business plans, create professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders, select the right supply chain /CRM management tools, give guidance for marketing and advertising campaigns, and to communicate efficiently with modern cloud based and mobile tools.
• Fluent in Vietnamese is a plus

• Open minded, good personality, capable to develop the brand and built up relationship with retailers and wholesalers
