Mô tả công việc
- Supervise equipment management plan for office building.
- Supervise construction, interior works and drawings(mainly MEP).
- Training and manage the engineers.
- Troubleshooting.
- Check and ensure the quality, safe, stable operation of infrastructure and equipments.
- Report to Manager.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- With experience in facility management (MEP).
- No applicable to new graduates
- With experience in Chief Engineer of building or draft equipment management plan over 5 years.
- English or Japanese：Business level.
- Good team work or independently work.
