Position: Chief Engineer

Responsibility

• Create a maintenance menu and ensure proper processing of maintenance paperwork-Ensure all levels of hotel building are in accordance with Company standards.
• Maintain equipment repair and/or replacement for all areas of the hotel.
• Maintain all records pertaining to maintenance including inspections.
• Hiring, training and staffing of all maintenance employees.
• Must adhere to budget allowances by tracking and accounting of all expenses-Responsible for the grounds and parking lot upkeep.
• Scheduling of staff, forecasting of labor and stats forwarded weekly to the general manager
• Detail follow-up and reporting of status to general manager.
• Working location: District 1,HCMC
• Monthly Salary: 1000～1500 (USD)

Requirements 

Necessary Skill / Experience

・Bachelor Degree

・Under 40y

・Gender Male prefer

・Having over 5 years experience in Chief Engineer n Hotel Service industry of foreign companies

・Having Good Mechanical & Electrical skill

・Good command of English - Speaking/Writing/Listening

・Strong leadership and management skills

・Good PC Skill

Preferable Skill / Experience

・Having more than 5y experience

・Good understanding Hotel industry & can work as a team

・Come from foreign operation companies or enterprises is more preferable

・Strong leadership and management skills

・Honest and confidential

・Able to work under pressure
