Our client is one of the leading international hospitality developer, owner and operators. Their presence span across 124 major cities in 31 countries, covering continents in Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East. The portfolio consists of about 500 properties with more than 65,000 units under it's flagship.

Due to expansion, they are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team in their Vietnam office.

You will be tasked to assit, evaluate and execute M&A / management services / franchise deals in Vietnam. Other responsibilities includes:

• Develop and maintain financial and asset models for analyzing financial returns and performance for M&A and management services deals.
• Conduct market reviews and feasibility studies for recommendation reports and presentation to Senior Management, Board of Directors and Investment Committee.
• Coordinating with relevant internal and external parties on matters relating to new M&A or management services deals or existing on-going projects.
• Prepare management reporting and other related ad-hoc requests such as budget presentations, sector retreats and board meetings

Ideal candidate should possess a good Bachelor Degree and speak good local language and fluent English. Understanding of property fund or asset management will be advantageous.
