Business Development Manager (HR Service)

1/ Job content:

• Make Sales of professional HR services to top businesses in Viet Nam and run the

• sales operation for the Payroll and Staffing Services business lines.

• Create contracts and close the deal.
• The BDM has a small team and works as part of the small Business Support team

along with the accountants, marketing and administration staff.

2/ Requirements:

• Vietnamese national with a university degree, business English level
• At least 5 years Experience of selling professional services in Viet Nam, and prefer

at least 3 years in a foreign company / international working environment;

• Demonstrated sales track record with a proven ability to create win/win deals and

• handle complex pricing / service scope negotiations;

• English communication skills

Working location: HR2B's Office - District 3

Working time: Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5.30 PM)
