Identify new clients, partners, and project opportunities.
Build relationships with project owners, developers, and decision-makers.
Understand client needs and present suitable construction and interior solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
Negotiate commercial terms within approved authority and close contracts.
Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and follow-ups to achieve targets.
Ensure complete handover to project teams and develop repeat business.

3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in construction, interior fit-out, furniture, or building materials.
Strong presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Confident presenting to project owners and senior decision-makers.
Professional appearance and business etiquette.
Fluent in English; Chinese is an advantage.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and sales tracking tools.
Proactive, accountable, and consistent in follow-up; willing to travel.
