- Processing documents and necessary procedures related to cargo transportation.
- Resolving issues related to bookings and handling booking procedures.
- Close interaction with stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with shipping lines.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from university/college in Logistics/International Business field.
- At least 2 years experience in booking with shipping lines
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and careful handling of documents and information.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel & Outlook, and online booking systems.
