B2C Marketing Director

- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Brand management, Performance Marketing and content marketing for B2C business and assisting with B2B as needed.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
- Set, monitor and report on team goals.
- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
- Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Proficient track record with minimum 7-10 years in-depth experience in executing general marketing activities.
- Strong creative skills, with excellent communication skills
- Held a similar role in a technology company or at an agency servicing a technology company
- Strong analytical skills and data driven
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in marketing
- Highly adaptable, collaborative, can learn quickly to come up with prompt solutions
- Demonstrate leadership skills, high standards of work ethics, driven by quality & productivity
- Have a positive can-do attitude, have a keen eye for detail, have initiative and be proactive going beyond the call of duty
- Vietnamese with English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
