2. Role Description

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
• Automotive Aftersales Operations Director to lead our Aftersales & Aftermarket business across the dealership network.
• This role will drive business growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability while ensuring compliance with Mercedes-Benz standards.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Aftersales business strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Lead and optimize workshop operations, parts business, warranty management, and service performance across the dealership network.
• Monitor and improve key business KPIs, including workshop productivity, service retention, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with Mercedes-Benz standards, policies, and operational requirements.
• Build strong partnerships with Mercedes-Benz, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and customer experience enhancement programs.
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing Aftersales teams across the network.

• 1. Requirements:  Automotive dealership experience is mandatory. Only candidates with extensive Aftersales leadership experience will be considered.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive industry with extensive exposure to Aftersales operations.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership experience in workshop operations, parts management, warranty, or dealer network performance.
• Strong commercial acumen with a successful track record in driving business growth and profitability.
• Experience working with global automotive brands and multi-site dealership operations.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution and change management capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team development skills.
