Marketing Director (Giám Đốc Marketing)

• Building and leading a superb in-house marketing team. Your duties will include managing all marketing operations, assessing and improving existing initiatives, and devising new strategies to increase revenue.
• Oversee and manage P&L for a team of functions across Media Marketing, Campaign, Creative and Corporate Branding.
• Set out vision and roadmap to enhance and improve user experience and product development on Carpla. 
• Planning marketing goals, overseeing all marketing and advertising campaigns aligned with objectives for the business and brands.
• Spot opportunities in the market and drive the growth of the business results to better understand the market and customer tastes in the E-commerce industry.
• Develop, refine, and ensure frameworks, processes, and policies related to the brands are adhered to and hold members of the organization strictly accountable
• Ensure consistent strategic and tactical alignment throughout your team by establishing ambitious Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

• Minimum 07 years management experience with substantial experience in a Senior management role.
• Significant senior management experience within the high velocity online transactional environment. 
• Experienced in similar role in online marketplace, Ecommerce, automotive is preferable…
• Strong in marketing strategy.
• Strong leadership skill, strategic yet hands-on.
• Proven ability to significantly increase efficiencies and continuously deliver positive results to the company. 
• Ability to nurture the management skills of all managers in the Marketing Department and ensure skills and career development of all members of the Marketing Department, through timely and accurate performance reviews.
• Fluent in English.
