Assistant Trade Marketing Manager

Main Responsibilities

• 1) Be accountable for the development and implementation of trade category plan for assigned trade channel
• Translate customer & shopper insights into business building opportunities within specific customers/channels.
• Build customers/channels specific trade plans to align with total trade category plan and deliver category & brand objectives.
• Identify trade spend opportunities & risks and allocate budgets accordingly.
• Work with sales team to ensure excellent trade plan deployment & in-store activation.
• Drive GT channel growth through distribution, outlet activation, SKU productivity and trade programs.
• 2) Work hand-in-hand with Marketing Team in (re-)launch and consumer promotion activities
• Work out the brief for BTL agencies and sales team.
• In charge of in-store POSM design, briefing POSM/Activation team for production and installation in store.

• Analytical: advanced Excel & Sales index analytics
• Execution & deployment: POSM planning and deployment plan, budget management, and hands-on coordination with the GT Sales, MKT, Finance, Legal, agencies.
• Soft skills: detail-oriented, structured, strong communicator able to turn complex logic into simple field materials, and able to run parallel workstreams.
• 3–5 years in Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, or Category — FMCG/ Mom&baby / GT channel preferred.
• Experience running a display program or loyalty scheme is an advantage.
• Strong working with sales team; willing to travel.
