Assistant Sales Manager (hanger, label, button, zipper, thread..)

• Reporting to Sales Manager, the incumbent is responsible for increasing the company’s revenues by achieving sales objectives
• Take responsibility to achieve sales and money collection target by monthly, quarterly, yearly
• Develop and sustain new distribution channels
• Build and maintain relationships with target factories, vendors/agencies
• Actively seek new sales opportunity and negotiate with potential customers.
• Follow up on sales pipeline and align measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency
• Work as a team to identify & handle issue or rejection from the customers
• Communicate market intelligence and competitor movements to the company
• Complete customer calling/visiting reports, account plans and sales reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proven experiences in Sales position
• Experiences in trim industry (hanger, label, button, zipper, thread…) is preferred
• Bachelor Degree in related field
• Fluent verbal and written English
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Self-driven, results - oriented and able to work well under pressure
• Able to start work within short notice
• Available for business travel
• Salary: Negotiable
