Architectural Designer

• Prepares preliminary design sketches for projects.
• Following project approval, prepares the final designs, including the required drafting and specifications.
• Performs the drawing and drafting work using AUTOCAD that is required for each project.
• Refers completed designs and specifications to superiors for review, alterations, and approval.
• Report Line: Japanese Director.

• Size: 10 members in Designer team.
• Project: Japanese Factory and Hotel/Resort.
• Working time: Mon -Sat.

• Knowledge of the basic principles of architecture.
• Ability to prepare architectural designs, plans, and specifications, using AUTOCAD.
• Ability to prepare complex schematic drawings from rough sketches and oral instructions.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team member.
• Skill in designing alterations to buildings and structures and in preparing accurate drawings and specifications.
• English: Intermediate level.
• No need Japanese.
• Even if candidates who have little experience as designer, s/he can apply if they use CAD and have a lot of site engineer or manager experience (Prefer).
