Position: Architectural Designer

Responsibility

• Manage and operate assigned projects from strategic/conceptual design to detailed documentation and oversee implementation. Control the design schedule and be responsible for the project's success.
• Lead/coordinate with team members to develop design ideas, solutions for assigned projects to ensure design and documentation are in accordance with project expectations.
• Prepare/perform drawings and design documents/ technical tasks of projects and update/modify drawings/design documents if needed
• Liaise and deal with the owner, suppliers, sub-contractors and other consultants to ensure the design intent is realized and meet overall project objectives.
• Participate in internal meetings and client presentations/meetings.
• Working location: Hai Ba Trung Dist. Hanoi
• Monthly Salary: 1000～2500 (USD)

Requirements

Necessary Skill / Experience

・Education: Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Urban Planning

・Gender: Any

・Age: 28-40

・Language: English conversational (internal communication with foreign managers)

・Experience: At least 5 - 10 years of related Architecture design experience, including 3 years of working experience as Chief of Concept architectural design, Chief of Technical design for projects.

・Other:

• Can use AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion.
• Experienced in managing and implementing projects using the BIM model.

・ Strong desire to work in design from the Concept stage to the Construction stage.

・Good communication and interpersonal skills.

・High sense of responsibility

・Creative and have a good sense of aesthetics
