Application Tester

• Develop, execute and maintain software test plans.
• Develop and execute detailed test procedures and test cases.
• Report bugs using defect tracking system.
• Collaborate with software development department to resolve problems and identify the root cause of product defects.
• Provide feedback to project staff and managers on the results of quality assurance activities.
• Submit weekly test report to managers.
• Other duties as requests by managers.

• Good knowledge in testing process as well as popular software development processes.
• Test a solution on multi-operative system with multi-browser support.
• Have a high sense of responsibility.
• English skill: Intermediate.
• Good at report writing skills, communication skills, problem solving skills, analytical skills, attention to details.
• Ability to work independently – self-directed as well in a team.

• Communication Skills.
• Experience of quality assurance (QA) for Web Systems.
• Understandings of User Experience (UX) Design.
• Working well in a team or with a group of people (cooperativeness).
• Sense of responsibilities, discipline, and independence.
• Experiences working in foreign companies based in Japan or English speaking countries
