Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide pre and post-sales of software support, engineering services of CAE products (Electromagnetics tools like Ansys HFSS, or Ansys Maxwell)

• Understand customer's application requirement and provide solutions

• The job involves conducting technical presentations/demonstrations/seminars, providing software application support, conducting product training and engineering services

• Support set-up, inspection and testing of new equipment at customer locations to ensure proper installation

• Teamwork with field sales personnel, identify and provide reliable solutions for all

technical issues to assure customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process

• Ensure a smooth and timely of information between sales and engineering

• Other duties as required by management, include but not limited to traveling and support

We would like to hear from you if you are 

• The Bachelor's Degree holder in Science Engineering/ Architecture/Civil Engineering/Machinery/Mathematics/Physics

• With 3 years of experience of in CAE applications support in the manufacturing industry.

• Technically competent, sales-oriented, results-driven and customer-oriented

• Business level of English language

• Ability to prioritize work/multitasking, with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills

• Able to work in a team or independently with minimum supervision

• Adaptable to different environments/platforms, work under pressure

Working time: Monday – Friday, 9.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m. (1-hour lunch)
