ALDO Shoes & Accessories: Expansion Executive

This position reports to Store Development Manager (SDM):

• Looking for potential locations with sufficient numbers and quality according to the Business Expansion Plan
• Conduct survey and analysis report of potential locations and competitors
• Align with SDM and Legal for signed contract to kick off & visit location
• Build up data & improve pipeline for supporting to acquire locations.
• Follow up with contracted locations and provide solutions (If any) for any matters related to rental contract/ landlord
• Support SDM/ Head of Business Units for building up Expansion lanning

• Education: University
• Experience: From 2 to 3 years of Retail Real Estate (especially in looking for locations)
• Work related skills: "Acknowlege in Retail RE"
• Soft skills: "Negotiation, Communication, Solve problem, Presentation"
