- Lead
- AI projects from solution design to production deployment.
- Design, develop, and optimize Computer Vision solutions for manufacturing and production environments.
- Build
- AI-powered applications and internal AI platforms using LLMs, LangChain, LangFlow, RAG, AI agents, and workflow orchestration tools.
- Develop low-code/no-code AI solutions that help business users create AI chatbots and workflows with less IT dependency.
- Work with IT, software, infrastructure, and business teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, code review, and best-practice direction for AI engineers.
- Participate hands-on in development, debugging, deployment, and production support.
- Contribute to AI architecture, scalability planning, technical roadmap, monitoring, and maintainability.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 5 years of experience in
- AI/ML engineering or related technical roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in
- Computer Vision projects , preferably in real production environments.
- Experience deploying AI solutions into production systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Practical experience with AI/ML frameworks such as
- PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, or similar tools.
- Experience with
- Generative AI, including
- LLM applications, LangChain, LangFlow, RAG, AI agents, or
- AI workflow automation .
- Good understanding of system integration, APIs, deployment workflows, and infrastructure concepts.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Ability to make technical decisions and drive execution in a fast-moving environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams.
