• Monitor, update and report Marketing & Operations budget usage
• Monitor, update and control department’s documents to ensure approvals and processes compliant with standard procedures
• Circulate approval papers, payment documents of the department
• Collect and distribute customers’ enquiries and consolidate the feedback
• Monitor and update marketing inventories including collaterals, merchandise, gifts, staging items, furniture and other assets of the department
• Consolidate survey and feedback forms from customers
• Set-up and arrange department events and meetings, including venue booking, transportation, expense claim for team’s activities
• Other ad-hoc tasks allocated by manager including supporting Sales Gallery and Show Units set-up, events and activities, custom clearance, registering promotion programs with Department of Industry & Trade.

• 1-2 years working experience in administration role (real estate, administration, property management, hotel, residential, retail, commercial)
• Ability to work effectively, systematically under high pressure
• Positive thinking, proactive, responsible, willing to take ownership
• Able to work as part of a team and also independently
• Good command of written and spoken Vietnamese and English
