Accounting Manager

• Prepare and review monthly P&L, Balance sheet and Cash flow for VTI corporate legal entities.
• Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
• Reconcile monthly balance sheet.
• Close the book for corporate legal entities
• Prepare Tax report, CIT and other reports related to government
• Work with Treasury Manager on cash flow planning and execution of approved payment plan
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
• Prepare other reports, financial and data analysis as requested to support Treasury Manager, Finance controller or CFO in company projects
• Support company annual audit, for corporate entities.
• Prepare other reports from Management’s requirements.
• Evaluate computerized accounting systems and provide recommendations to IT team for performance improvements.
• Maintain VTI Corp. Reporting System (SUN).
• Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.
• Provide guidance to other Accountants when needed.
• Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures.

Education/ Training Qualifications (i.e: university degree, college, etc)

• Accounting degree from a University with a CA or equivalent designation a plus

• Experience (years of experience i.e: 2 year of experience in similar position)

• 5-10+ years accounting experience, with a minimum of the last three years working as a Financial Controller, Chief Accountant or equivalent position
• Experience managing financial reporting of a business with at least two revenue or product lines
• Experience setting up accounting systems and establishing SOP’s and internal control policies

Knowledge of:

• Retail system (POS) and accounting system (Accpac, Sun)
• VAS/IFRS and Vietnam tax regulations
