Accounting Manager (IFRS/GAAP/SAP/Binh Duong)

• Purpose of the Job
• Supervises all accounting and financial activities for Company, in accordance with corporate and division policies and procedures. Several activity areas such as general accounting, cost accounting, budgeting, Tax.
• Cost Control.
• Cash Management and Treasury Service
• Tax.
• Control Stock & Fixed Asset.
• Analysis & Explanation of monthly financial reports.
• Accounting Management report.
• P/L Report by cost center & explanation (excel, SAP)
• Key Tasks & Responsibilities
• General ledgers and Accounting Data

+ Control all expense entry in ledgers.

+ Check & Control posting Journal

• Cash Management and Treasury Service

• + Control & Reconcile cash

• Control expense:

+ Analysis and control Budget & Actual expense.

+ Control material expense issue for production.

• Coordination with Planning, Production and Warehouse in control.

• + Plans/ Schedules/ Takes Observation for Stock Taking (Cycle Count).

• + Review Materials Control SOP and proposes to change if needed.

• + Analysis aging Stock.

• + Control material expense issue for production.

• Management report.

+ Calculate KPIs

+ Some Management report use for control OPCVN: Productivity, cost

• Tax

• + Contact with government about Tax policy.

• Requirements:

• BA/BS Degree in Accounting, MBA, CPA or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in financial management in manufacturing multinational company.
• Controlling of a rather complex and growing distribution company, accounting according to local GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with transaction systems (ERP), ideally SAP
• Good knowledge of Vietnam taxation and legal accounting with experience to deal with tax authorities
• Fluent English communication (~ IELTS 6.5)
