Accounting Executive

Position: Accounting Executive

Report to: Finance & Accounting Manager
Working time: Monday to Friday
Working location: Nguyen Du, District 1, HCMC

What you need to do:

• Posts customer payments and update payments received from clients by recording cash, bank-in transfer credit card transactions into Zoho Book system and FAST online accounting for group companies; notify consultants on payments received for clients managed by them;
  - Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions into FAST online accounting system;
  - Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
  - Verifies validity of account discrepancies and differences by obtaining and investigating information from consultants and from customers;
  - Random checks on service agreements between company and clients on expiry dates, agreed fees, credit terms and etc.
  - Remind clients on outstanding payments by sending statements of account monthly and email reminders; check payments received from clients from Vietnam bank accounts and overseas bank accounts;
  - Alert Director and Finance Manager on overdue outstanding debts from clients;
  - Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing report to Director on monthly basis;
  - Manages and handles receivables related matters for Finex GRP, Finex Corporation, Finex Icenow, Finex Tai Chinh and Finex Hong Kong.
  - To prepare red VAT invoice from FAST online accounting system for all pro-forma invoices sent by consultants;
  - Make finance report and statistic report
  - Fill of proper supporting documents
  - Handle account payable and general for some small companies in group

• What you need to have:
  - You have 2-3 years experience in accounting in which 2 years of AR
  - You are fair English skills.
  - You are reliable, enthusiastic and independent.
  - You have knowledge with accounting, VAS, tax

• Experience with FAST is a plus.
• Experience with accounting/ auditing service firm is a plus
