Position: Japanese speaking - Call Center Manager - BPO

Responsibility

You will brush up the customer support manual and work to make the company run more smoothly.

Member operations management

・Construction of call center business flow (Creation of manual for members to handle)

・Review existing flow to reduce escalation from customer support members

・Draft an educational program to improve the quality of customer service

・Performance analysis and improvement proposals

・Quality control such as staff correspondence (check the feedback such as evaluation comments and improvement if there are issues)

・ Recruitment of staff, management salary and shift 

・Reporting to Japan

• This position is different from HR.
• Working location: D1,2, HCMC
• Monthly Salary:  20~25.7M VND

Requirements 

・Degree: Not required

・Gender: Any

・Age: 25-35 years old

・Language: Fluent skill in Japanese 

・Having member Management skill in Service industry

・Having PC skills

・Willing to work in night shift

・Those who can work on problem solving

・Having working experience as call center staff in any industry more than 1 year

・Having working experience in Hospitality industry more than 1 year
