Position: Assistant Manager of Accounting Department – Manufacturing

Responsibility

• * Perform general accounting tasks in a manufacturing company, including:
• Bookkeeping/checking bookkeeping tasks of Sales/FA/AR/AP/IC/GL accountants.
• Quarterly check accounts for advance deduction and provision
• Prepare balance sheet
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly reports according to VAS, IFRS
• Prepare reports as required
• Working with independent auditors to review financial statements according to VAS, IFRS
• Update new accounting regulations, report impact and propose implementation plan
• Support accounting staff to improve the efficiency of accounting work and internal control system
• Perform tasks as required by Chief Accountant or/and Head of Accounting Department
• Working location: Soc Son, Hanoi
• Monthly Salary: Confidential

Requirements

・Gender: Any. Age: from 32 

・Education: Bachelor Degree and Above in Accounting/Auditing/Finance majors

・English is business level 

・Experience: At least 6 years of experience in Accounting field, in which 3 years of experience at General Accountant position. 

・Others: 

• Proficient in using office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Good analytical, reporting, leadership, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to assess problems independently and quickly.
• Teamwork and organization skills:

+ Planning, organizing work and recording documents in a scientific way

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team effectively

+ Able to withstand work pressure and tight reporting deadlines.

+ Careful, hardworking, eager to learn. 

• ACCA or/and CPA certification is an advantage.
• Experience as an senior auditor, experience/knowledge of Navision accounting software is an advantage.
