Position: Assistant To Production Manager - Trợ lý Quản lý Sản xuất - Apparel

Responsibility

• Support to manage all production activities
• Solve problems arising during production and take corrective & preventive measures.
• Handle abnormal reports on product quality; make plans; improve countermeasures, prevent recurrence of errors
• Strictly control the production plan
• Report to Production Manager for all issues related.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager
• Working location: Quang Ngai
• Monthly Salary: 428～857USD

Requirements 

• Age : 25 - 35
• Gender: Any
• Education's Background: College or University Degree, major in Garment is preferable
• Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in the Production department of garment/ textile factories
• Language: English - Business Level
• Others:

+ Strong analytical skills – able to use Microsoft word, formulate excel, ppt, etc

+ Highly organized, willing to learn, and responsible, energetic with 'can do' attitude.

+ Strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of ability to communicate clearly and concisely.

• Resident near factory or hometown is near the area
• Experience in Japanese apparel companies
