Position: General Accountant - Service

Job Code: 79497

Responsibility

Coordinate with relevant departments, check the completeness and legitimacy of input and output invoices and documents to ensure compliance with State regulations..

Make payment plan with suppliers monthly, weekly.

Check the revenue report.

Bookkeeping and accounting

Review and prepare tax finalization documents.

Prepare quarterly tax reports such as VAT, PIT and invoice usage.

Prepare and check investment reports and statistical reports, monthly and yearly financial statements.

Do Internal audit and compilation of internal audit reports.

Prepare and assist in the preparation of audit reports, transfer pricing reports.

Support and guide junior staff.

Other tasks as assigned by Chief Accountant.

• Working location: Dist. 3, HCMC
• Monthly Salary: 400 ~ 650 (USD)

Requirements 

• Education: Bachelor degree in accounting or finance
• Language skill: English Conversational Level
• Age: 24-30

・Gender: Any Gender Welcome

・Having more than 2 years of experience in accounting or auditing,

・Knowing how to use Fast software is an advantage.

・Having good communication skills and presentation skill 

・Obtain skills of MS Office of word, excel, pp 

• Language skill: Japanese Conversational Level
• Prefer to candidates in an accounting and auditing service company.
• Having experience in service industry is more preferable
• Working experience at Japanese company
