Responsibility 

• Mainly general affairs tasks
• Making documents in Japanese
• Organizing internal events
• Implementing legal procedures and documents of the company and foreigners
• Accounting work includes accounts receivable management
• Contacting customers who have issued invoices to confirm payment and to demand payment
• Making reminders and confirming collections
• Doing inventory control of store inventories
• Doing inventory management from a partner warehouse company

• Working location: Dist. 1, HCMC
• Monthly Salary: 1400~2000 USD

Requirements 

・Qualification: College Diploma

・Language Skills: Japanese Business Level

・Gender: Any

・Age: 29-39

・Experience: Having more than 5 years as an Accounting Manager in any industry

・Having experience in issuing invoice and payment management

・Can make some documents in Japanese
