Position: Senior QS Staff - Construction

Responsibility

• Quantity taking off from sketch, concept design, tender drawings, and cross-check the tender quantities.
• Preparation of BOQ in both English & Vietnamese.
• Tender Preparation.
• Evaluation quotations and estimates.
• Keep abreast with the market material price.
• General correspondence
• Allocate work to contractors and subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process
• Communicate with the management, contractors and sub-contractors on the adjustments to cost estimates to facilitate smooth transition of information.
• Conduct the negotiations during the course of the project in order to ensure issues are resolved.
• Manage team of Junior Quantity Surveyors
• Prepare cost analysis and form cost reduction strategies to ensure the overall value is enhanced for the project.
• Working location: District 01, Ho Chi Minh City
• Monthly Salary: 650~850 (USD)

Requirements 

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Age: 26-32
• Gender: Male
• Languages: English - Intermediate level (can communication in English, can read and understand technical documents written in English)
• Education background: University Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience :

+ At least 3 years of experience working as Quantity Surveyor position and 02 years of working at site

- Intermediate skilled in AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word
