Position: 78528 - Finance & Accounting Staff - Trading

Responsibility

• Performs the job in the accounting department as: following and checking on bank transaction, payment transfer, receivable and payable; issuing VAT invoice; and input data into accounting software.
• Perform all standard accounting duties and account for all expenditures.
• Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to the Vietnamese law and to company requirements.
• Prepare in a timely manner all monthly financial information including monthly accounts, balance sheets and all schedules requested.
• Tax declaration and finalization (VAT, FCT, …)
• Keep up to date on all Vietnamese Laws and regulations that relate to finance and accounting matters and other relevant issues and ensure that the company is informed of such matters.
• Coordinates with other departments, internal audit from Head Office and external parties.
• Print out, filing, store documents, accounting voucher as regulation.
• Other tasks assigned by the manager.
• Working location: Cau Giay district, Hanoi
• Monthly Salary: 600～1000(USD)

Requirements

・Education: Bachelor degree and above in Accounting or finance of Foreign Trade University, Finance University, National Economics University.

・Gender: Any

・Age: 25 - 32 years old

・Language: English Conversational

・Experience: Have more than at least 3 years experience as Accounting.

・Have working experience in Japanese companies.・Have working experience in Trading company
