Responsibility

• Quantity taking off from sketch, concept design, tender drawings, and cross-check the tender quantities.
• Preparation of BOQ in both English & Vietnamese.
• Tender Preparation.
• Evaluation quotations and estimates.
• Keep abreast with the market material price.
• Other tasks assigned by section manager
• Working location: Dong Da Dist, Ha Noi City
• Monthly Salary: 435～565 (USD)

Requirements

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Gender: Male
• Age: 24 - 30
• Education Background: College Diploma above
• Language Skill: English - Conversational Level
• Have 1-2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Construction fields
• Can use AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word

Preferred Skill / Experience

- Graduated from Economic construction or related of NUCE or HAU
