Position: Admin Assistant cum Translator

Responsibility 

• Support for accounting operations such as issuing invoices to Japan
• Cooperation between Japanese IT / personnel support desk and joining / leaving processing and questions / answers
• Management and enhancement of benefits and office equipment
• Be active in a wide range of company for a long time according to your skill set and growth, including sometimes translation support and interpretation of the development team, creation of branding content to the outside, etc.
• Working location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
• Monthly Salary: 1000～1500 (USD)

Requirements 

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Age: 22-33
• Gender: Any, female is preferable
• Language skill: Japanese - Business Level, equivalent to N2 (very strong at speaking & writing) and English - Conversational
• Background: College and above
• Experience :

+ At least 1 years of experience working back-office (Admin/ Assistant / HR/ general accountant)

+ Freshers are welcome to apply

Others

• Can use MS office (Excel), G Suite (Spreadsheet)
• Being able to write reports, contacts, and consultations

Preferable skills/experience

- Accounting knowledge is preferable
